Enzo Paradiso is a graduate student at Florida Tech's College of Aeronautics, pursuing his Ph. D in Aviation Sciences. He received his bachelor's degree in Psychology and Leadership Studies from Christopher Newport University and his M.P.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland. His research interests include human factors, selection & training, and aviation safety.
