Praveen Kumar Pandian Shanmuganathan

Ph.D. Student

Bio

Praveen Kumar is currently a part-time Ph.D. student at the Florida Institute of Technology while working as a full-time Research Scientist for a leading healthcare company. He received his Bachelor's from Anna University in India (2012) and his Masters's from the Florida Institute of Technology (2016). His Ph.D. is focused in Biometrics, Computer Vision, and Deep Neural Networks. He holds several published and pending patents for cutting-edge innovation in the area of Computer Vision and 3D reconstruction.
