Center Director 

As Director of the Center for Organizational Effectiveness, Jim leads the Center in all efforts to provide executive coaching, leadership and talent management strategies to its clients.  Prior to joining the Center for Organizational Effectiveness, Jim was Senior Vice President and Managing Director at CPI Florida Caribbean, where he directed the firm’s business development initiatives and oversaw all client service delivery activities.  He has over 25 years’ experience in talent management, assessment, career transition, executive coaching, and executive recruitment.

Lisa A. Steelman, PhD

Dr. Steelman earned her Ph.D. from the University of Akron and conducts research in the areas of feedback processes, performance management, and employee engagement. She teaches courses in Organizational Change and Transformation, Performance Appraisal, Advanced Research Methods, and Professional Development. She served as the Chair of the Florida Institute of Technology I/O psychology program for 3 years.

Richard Griffith, PhD

Richard Griffith, Ph.D. is a professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and the Executive Director of The Institute for Cross-Cultural Management at the Florida Institute of Technology. Dr. Griffith provides coaching in global leadership and executive presentations, specializing in presentations conducted abroad. He is the Associate Editor of the European Journal of Psychological Assessment and the co-editor of"Internationalizing the Organizational Psychology Curriculum," "Leading Global Teams," and "Critical Issues in Cross-Cultural Management". He is the author of over 100 publications, presentations, and book chapters and has conducted funded research for the Department of Defense examining the assessment and development of cross-cultural competence. His work has been featured in Time magazine and The Wall Street Journal.
