Computational Modeling Lab
Administered by Information Technology Group
The Computational Modeling Laboratory is a resource shared by a number of Programs within the College of Engineering & Computing at Florida Tech. The Information Technology Group administers the Laboratory. It is comprised of twelve workstations, both PC and SGI based, running a variety of operating systems, including Windows NT, Unix and Linux. A number of the workstations have compilers loaded as required to support source-code development in a number of research areas. These compilers include C, C++ and Fortran. Applications software is also loaded in the Lab as required to support research efforts of faculty and students in the Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical and Civil Engineering Programs.
