Joshua Ahrens joined the lab in 2023 to work on the Chlamy project studying quorum sensing. Josh is currently working towards a dual B.S. and M.S. in Marine Biology and has begun a new project to develop methods of studying quorum sensing in the slow-growing, cold climate species Chlamydomonas nivalis.
