Samantha Pringle

Samantha is a Ph.D. student whose research focuses on using sponges  in ecological engineering projects to improve marine environments. She  graduated from the University of Delaware in 2020 with her bachelor's in  marine science and had a previous career as a licensed veterinary  technician. She enjoys kayaking, running, crafting, and theme parks when  she is not in the lab. 

Delanie Hallock

Delanie Hallock is an undergraduate student who will graduate in Fall 2025 from Florida Tech and has worked for the lab since her freshman year in 2022. She will remain at Florida Tech as a Master’s student whose thesis will focus on assisting the growth of marine sponges. When not in the lab, she enjoys hiking, camping, stargazing, and travelling. She is also the proud owner of two cats.
