Bio

I found out about Florida Tech while doing a project about shark genetics research, I saw Dr. Toby Daly-Engel was part of the research team that found a new species of dogfish shark, this immediately caught my attention and I decided to transfer to Florida tech in the Fall of 2019. I am so excited to be working alongside this amazing woman in science. I have learned so much in the past couple of years, everyone in the lab is amazing and they all teach me new things daily. I am also part of the fish collection rehabilitation team and have assisted on many of the projects since my first semester of college.
