Hatem El-Sebaaly is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Florida Institute of Technology, focusing on Agentic AI with an emphasis on trust, governance, and reliability in autonomous systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Florida Tech. His academic work is complemented by extensive continuing education in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and DevOps through programs with MIT, Purdue University, Stanford, and Caltech, reinforcing his focus on advancing trustworthy AI systems.

With over 30 years of executive experience, Hatem has served in senior leadership roles including CTO, Chief Architect, and Senior Vice President across global organizations. He has led large-scale digital transformations in financial systems, B2B platforms, healthcare, and industrial automation, delivering secure, cloud-native, enterprise platforms. More recently, he is focused on AI-first transformation initiatives, integrating machine learning and generative AI into core business systems to create scalable, intelligent, and future-ready solutions.
