consulting group affiliated with Florida Tech to provide
needed business consulting services to organizations. The
Center is run by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational
(I/O) psychologists and staffed by advanced graduate students
at Florida Tech. By applying principles of management and
human behavior, I/O psychologists, also known as management
consultants, can solve corporate problems and create a
positive, more effective work environment.

effective solutions
for growing companies. We recognize the unique situation
of small business owners for whom employee-related programs
and legal compliance may not be top of mind. However, developing
this type of infrastructure is crucial to growing your
business successfully.
