The Center is an HR and organizational consulting group affiliated with Florida Tech to provide critical HR-related services to organizations.
The Center is run by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational (I/O) psychologists. By applying principles of management and human behavior, I/O psychologists can solve corporate problems and create a positive, more effective work environment.

I/O psychology and The Center can add value to your organization in a number of ways.
We offer traditional management consulting services, as well as provide a mechanism to facilitate student internships. Advanced graduate students are an economical alternative for completing projects. The Center also conducts applied organizational research to answer organizational questions, solve problems and increase productivity.
