- Overview of Primary Project:

"It is our intention to design a robotic platform that is basic enough to be used for a variety of tasks. It can then be specialized toward a specific task through various options that can be implemented either in manufacture or afterwards. This would be done through a modular design that would allow interchangeable connections on a variety of components."

- Description of Project:

This is a continuation of the Modju-Bot project that was started as a Mechanical Engineering Senior Design Project. We are planning to modify and improve certain components of the robot. These changes will reduce unnecessary weight, increase the functionality of several of our moving parts, and generally enhance the design flow of the robot. Our intention is to rebuild the robot and then prepare it to run on a hydrogen fuel cell.

- Timeline for Project:

It is our intention is to have all our re-design and reconstruction finished in time for the Board of Directors meeting in April, if at all possible. Otherwise, we simply hope to be able to run this robot on a hydrogen fuel cell by this summer.
