World
Congress of Nonlinear Analysts
**Conference website can be found at http://research.fit.edu/ifna/wcna2008/
The
International Federation of Nonlinear Analysts (IFNA) is pleased
to announce the WCNA-2008 is to be held at the Hyatt Grand Cypress
Resort in Orlando, Florida during July 2 through July 9, 2008.
The
vision of IFNA and the WCNA is
To promote, encourage, and influence more cooperation, understanding,
and collaboration in the world community of nonlinear analysts from
various disciplines;
To bring together various disciplines that attempt to understand
nonlinear phenomena and solve nonlinear problems; and
To
help minimize the ever widening gap between the developed and developing
countries by providing scientific and technical research assistance
in various forms.
It is with this spirit,
IFNA was established in 1992, as a transdisciplinary world society.
IFNA sponsors the WCNA periodically every four years.
Past WCNAs have been
held in Tampa, Florida, Athens, Greece, Catania, Italy, and Orlando,
Florida with an average attendance of over 1400 participants representing
70 countries.
Topics include (but
are not limited to) recent trends in nonlinear problems arising
in such diverse disciplines as Aerospace Sciences, Atmospheric
Sciences, Economics, Engineering & Technological Sciences,
Environmental Sciences, Financial Mathematics, Geophysical Sciences,
Hybrid Systems, Medical & Health Sciences, Numerical and Computational
Sciences, Oceanographic, Physical, Social & Mathematical Sciences.
There will be opportunity to present short communications, organize
informal seminars, and propose special sessions.
A
second announcement will be sent out in March of 2007.

The WCNA2004 was such
a huge success thanks in part to its fabulous location. The Hyatt
Grand Cypress hosts championship golf, sailing on a private lake,
world-class tennis, and relaxing spa services. These are just
the beginning of the endless exciting activities you have to choose
from at the enticing 1,500 acre resort. Slide down a waterslide
into a crystal-clear pool, canter through trails on horseback,
or marvel at the beauty of nature on an Audubon Walk. The Hyatt
Grand Cypress is the perfect Orlando resort retreat. Add in the
extra touches - such as Camp Hyatt, complimentary transportation
around the hotel, more than six tempting Lake Buena Vista restaurants
and impeccable Hyatt service – and you'll discover why we
chose this outstanding location for the WCNA-2008. Along with
providing an excellent venue for the conference, it also provides
a relaxing experience conducive to inspiring collaboration and
research as well as allowing for some relaxation
