Please call CPS at (321) 727-9956.  Our staff will schedule you for an initial interview, otherwise referred to as an "intake."  After our intake is complete, our recommendations for treatment or other services will be discussed with you.  Initial intakes are conducted in all cases to determine the appropriateness of services and treatment.  Professional standards of practice are maintained and client confidentiality is respected.
